Refund Policy

Last updated: 22/02/2026

At InkFireBook, all services are custom-made and delivered digitally. Because of the personalized nature of our work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before we begin working on your project, you may be eligible for a refund.

Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe or PayPal fees) may be non-refundable.

2. After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available. This is because time, expertise, and resources have already been allocated to your project.

3. Revisions

Refunds are not provided due to stylistic preferences or subjective dissatisfaction if the delivered work matches the agreed package scope.

Instead, we provide revisions according to your selected package:

  • Essential: 2 revision rounds

  • Pro: Unlimited revisions (within reasonable use)

  • Premium: Unlimited revisions (within reasonable use)

“Unlimited revisions” does not include complete redesigns outside the original project scope.

4. Third-Party Platform Decisions

InkFireBook cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, or performance on third-party platforms (such as Amazon KDP or print providers).
Platform rejection, algorithm changes, or policy updates do not constitute grounds for a refund.
